Information about Callisto, Jupiter's moon?

I have to do a project on how to make a space station on Callisto, so any help on atmosphere and how humans would live there would be great. Thanks!!

First, look up Callisto on Wikipedia and read all you can about it.
Second, you have to define what you mean by a space station. Would it be for observation only, or would it be a spaceport type of facility where passing ships would refuel and get provisions?
Third, humans would live there exactly the same as they would in any incredibly hostile and potentially fatal environment--very very carefully.
