    The pier is working great! I sometimes leave my mount on it for weeks. Very steady, have never noticed any vibrations.

    This thread motivated me to do my own piers. Below the image is a link to my blog where I show how I did my second pier at my home including a short video on the process. The other one is at a holiday shack in the mountains.

    Fix damage done by a strelitzia and build a pier at the same time

    The pool was in a terrible state as we knew that fixing everything would make a massive mess. All clean and sparkly now.
