Hot pixels.

Here is a image I got from Hubble space telescope legacy archive.
    It is NGC 604

It is three images combined as RGB in star tools.
Now my question is how do I get rid of the "hot" pixels, these can clearly be seen as red dots?
I have cropped the image, develop, wipe, contrast, colour and final noise reduction.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

Typically hot pixels are taken out during the 'stacking' process. (DSS or Nebulosity). However if you are not stacking the images, Hondo has the best method for attempting to remove them 'after the fact'.
