Bought this and it is great !

Let's me program exposure lenght, delay between exposure ( if I use noise reduction I put the exposure time + 20 seconds), and how many exposure I want. Since my model is not remote assistant compatible and I don't like to take out my laptop every time, this is the most useful gadget I bought. I had a simpler wireless remote, but no programming function.

Found this interesting piece of software, called PK-Tether

It allows control of camera via PC using USB cable. You can program multiple exposures, etc.
