Default M13

Ah, I'm racking them up! Despite battling dew this evening and packing it in early, I thought I'd just aim the 'scope up at Hercules before I capped it and put it away.
I aimed the Telrad where I believed M13 would be based on the star charts I'd looked at, and when I looked in the 'scope, BAM, there it was. I was pretty pleased with myself.
Now a simple question. It "resolved" as no more than a fuzzy blob. A nice and pleasing fuzzy blob, mind you, but no individual stars at all, even with the 10mm eyepiece.
Is this the view you all get?
I've looked at some photos on the internet, and of course they are spectacular, but I'm figuring if the center is still so unresolved even with loooongg exposures, then fuzzy blob is probably what I should expect with 10".
