    Welcome to the forum!!

Is there any particular reason for the question? There are some details to figuring this out that some modern software may not take into account.

And in what calendar? The Julian calendar, which was brand-new at the time, or the Gregorian calendar, which would not be invented for more than a millenium?

The main problem with 'heliacal rising' is that it is rather subjective. It is a purely visual event and can be affected by clarity of the atmosphere. Even Egypt has its clouds! With those caveats, using 'Starry Night' from Cairo, the date of 9th July - using modern Gregorian system going backwards - is the first day that Sirius is above the horizon before any part of the sun's disk rises above the horizon. That date would be valid with excellent horizon and weather.

I too would like to know why you have an interest.
