Default After 31 days of observing

I've taken my scope out 31 times now and am learning the sky, bit by bit. I haven't gone to a dark site yet. That should be a thrill! Here's my glob and nebula list as of now:

    Globular Clusters:
    M4
    M5
    M10
    M12
    M14
    M56
    M80

    Nebula:
    Great Nebula in Orion (M42)
    Ring Nebula (Planetary M57)
    Dumbell Nebula (Planetary M27)
    Omega Nebula (M17)
    Lagoon Nebula (M8)
Telescope: Meade LX70 R5 refractor. Binoculars: Pentax DCF WP roof prism 8X42s. Eyepieces: Meade basic silver plossls 9 & 26mm, Meade 15mm Super Plossl, Russell Optics 19mm Super-Wide Konig, Russel 32mm Wide-Field Plossl, Meade 5000 HD60 6.5mm, Svbony 66 and 68 degree, Celestron 8X24 zoom, Meade 126 barlow and Celestron Ultima SV barlow.

Sounds like you are really enjoying your very nice scope. You've seen some of my favorite objects (I'm sure they are the favorites of a lot of people, ha ha!). I hope you continue to learn the sky and have some opportunities to view at a dark sky site. I hope I will too this summer.

Thanks folks, lol! I'll update in a month or so. I had the neighbors captivated by showing them the Ring Nebula, then the ancient M56 below it and then Albireo below that. I advised they wait until I have a few years under my belt, and then they'll get a grand tour!

I can't see the Milky Way from my site, but in the dark background, as I observe, I can faintly see what looks like thousands upon thousands of stars! Out in the country, these should come into better view and be pretty amazing!
