    Default Splitting Albierio



    Tonight's forecast, is mostly clear up til 2AM. Hopefully after moon set about 11pm, I can have some fun. I'd like to split Albierio.

    Albierio should be an easy split for your Tasco refractor. You can even split it with binoculars. If you want a bit more challenge try to split Polaris Aa and Polaris B.

    Albireo should be a piece of cake with clear skies. Once you find it, try defocusing your scope to show the colors better. Have fun!

    You're going to love the color contrast of Albireo. It's one of my favorite doubles. And having a backdrop of the Milky Way makes it all the more special. It's an easy split, so I prefer low-power widefield viewing, which gives it an almost 3D appearance.
