Default I know I'm not crazy...

So I had my scope out last night looking at the strawberry moon and at about 10:10 pm est I saw 4 black dots go by using my 25 mm eyepiece. They started out 2 in front of 2 then they went into a diamond formation. I have no pics but need to know if anyone else saw this. I'm new to all this stuff so idk how to explain what I saw.

I was out last night, but not till after midnight (2nd shift worker). I spent a few minutes on the moon before checking out a couple other targets. How fast were these objects moving? Any noise associated with them?

Sounds awesome and I wonder who, I mean, what they were

Just to hazard a logical guess, either birds at high altitude or a group of large insects silohuetted. Bats are also a possibility, but they tend to fly a bit erratically. An outside chance is you have eye floaters, I do. But I am familar with how mine move, as I am sure you would know if you had them or not.

I had a V formation of fighter jets pass between me and the moon once. Very well could be what you saw. Several seconds after the visual "WTH was that?", the sound finally came across very faintly. I said "Ahhhh...that's what that was."

There wasn't a sound and also my apologies if this post isn't appropriate. Whatever it was wasn't eye floaters. I experienced that and it wasn't the same. Who knows? I just look forward to the next clear night
