    Default Halloween fun with a telescope

    Hi Folks;
    Last night was Halloween in our little town so while my wife was passing
    out goodies, I was on the porch adjusting a Red Dot spotter scope on my 6
    inch reflector. After about an hour, my wife said we had run out of treats
    (for a small town, we got slammed hard!!) so I moved the scope to the front
    yard and pointed it up at the Moon. In no time at all I had a line of kids
    and adults both. It was so much fun to hear the little ones saying "WOW!!!!
    NEAT!!!". The parents thought it was great to give the kids a different
    "treat"! Going to do it again next year...maybe more often!
