Hi there everyone,
I retired recently and have purchased a Skymax 127 NEQ3 Synscan GOTO setup.
It would be of great interest to hear from anyone who has a similar setup, and in particular the NEQ3 mount, in terms of ease of use / particular problems / setup tips etc.

Welcome to the forum and thanks for joining up. I don't know anything about your setup, but I'm sure someone will be along soon that does. Happy hunting.

Welcome to the forum, Feynman. Nice setup. I have the same aperture, and haven't yet run out of wonders to observe. I suppose you will be trying your hand at astrophotography, with the EQ mount. The long focal length of that scope makes it very forgiving of lower-end eyepieces.
