    Hello all
I am in Western Australia, and have just bought my first decent telescope a 10" dobsonian. I hope to spend a fair bit of time playing with my new purchase, collect a few more eye pieces for it and when I have it all finally figured out see about hooking it up to my d slr.
I am sure I will have plenty of questions to ask over the coming months. So hope you are all prepared for many a silly question coming your way. For now though I am just trying out the eye pieces and seeing what they all do. While convincing hubby to give me his tiny tool trailer to wheel it around my block.

    Catch you all again soon
    Jenny

Good question, am currently building a house and I am living in a sand pit and a caravan, so my telescope is sitting in the unfinished house so for me to keep dragging round the place its a bit easier if it had chunky wheels so hubbies little blue trailer is to be re-deployed for my use until I find a perm spot for it to live.
As for eye pieces what are the benefits of going for the 2" ones??? Cannot find an advantage/disadvantage list.

    Thanks guys
    Jenny

    GDay again Jenny

This does, y'know, put a great emphasis on, and reason behind the term Sand Groper.

Would you like to start a thread in beginners about your EP question? Just that way there's a better chance of more of the group seeing it.

    Thanks from a Banana Bender
