Hello and welcome to the forums.

To get help you would have to tell what mount you are using... the helpful kind of information

PS, posting once about asking for help is sufficient

    Hi all

I have just bought myself a SK1025AZGOTO Sky-Watcher Startravel-102 SynScan AZ GoTo and SynScan Wifi adapter.

I am struggling soo much to get the Wifi adaptor to work.. The the SynScan Wifi adaptor does not show upin my wifi list on my PC,iPhone,iPad, android phone. The first i sent back to supplier because i thought that something was wrong with it, but trying the new one and having the same problem i am lost! not showing up on my wi-fi list on any of the gadgets listed above means that i cant access wifi settings in the app. my SynScan does not exist on my network. i know it has power because the yellow light on the adapter is on when i connect it to the mount.

    anybody that can help?

Any special settings i have to configure on my home network?

    Much appreciate any help!!

    kind regards,

    Frank
