hi and welcome to the forums.
clear skies,
Hi folks, newbie here, been doing the telescope thing since I was a kid, I'm 44 now in case you're wondering. Had a career change which required a relocation so I've been out of the hobby for a bit and now I'm working on getting my Orion 6" Dob cleaned up and back in service. Just doing some research on eyepieces and any other neat, new stuff out. Did get to see the Venus/Sun transit with the scope and my homemade Baader sun filter before the clouds rolled in and it got my blood boiling again. Even the wife was excited to see it. Anyway, I'll be looking around for a bit, posting the odd question or comment here and there until I get my feet wet. Looking forward to interacting with everybody.
