    Default hello all

hello to all .i have just registered and have found a wealth of info in the forums. having just received an celestron 130 as a requested xmas gift and being new to astronomy i am still trying to set up and work out how to use the thing correctly . was going outside for a while with the scope but it has just hammered down, so no star gazing tonight i think.

Welcome to the forum, that is a nice scope, if you don’t already have it down load Stellarium you will find it very helpful and it is free program. Enjoy the night ski and clear skies to you.
