    Default New to astronomy Forum

Hi, My name is Jerry. I live at 7000' in rural Colordado, seeing is good when the wind finally dies. I just sold my aging Celestron Polaris C8, and am the proud new owner of Celestron 8i se and a older Meade 10". Both of these were bought used. I will probably have lots of basic beginner questions. Looks like a great place to learn. Look forward to the forums. Jerry
