Welcome to the forum-- your English is just fine!
Let's see if we can help you with the laptop and the scope. The Nexstar 4SE is an excellent SOLAR scope. You must have a proper approved solar filter or you will damage your eyes.

The scope can be connected to the laptop using the correct Nexstar update cable and plugging that cable into the bottom of the hand controller. If you do not have an actual SERIAL port on the laptop you will need to buy a USB to Serial adapter cable.
Here are some links:
USB serial adapters, USB computer serial adapters at TigerDirect.com Keyspan is a good brand
You will also need this cable:

These can be hand made if you know someone who makes cables. Here are the PIN connections:

This web site is the BEST Nexstar resource site on the internet:

You should also install the ASCOM drivers for Celestron:
Download Center
Several FREE planetarium programs can be used to control the scope from a laptop:
Cartes du Ciel- Sky Charts, Free Astronomy software , Celestial atlas
Stellarium- Stellarium
ALSO there are several free programs on the Nexstar web site listed above that will permit you to control the scope.
Hope this helps you- and clear skies!
PS- I lived in Lisbon, Portugal for about 1 year back in the 1990s. Very pretty country, and VERY good wine!
Clear Skies!
