Technically, "get new posts' brings up only postings that you have not read since the last time you logged on while daily posts bring up all post for the day whether or not you have read them. Having said that .......... I just check them both to be sure. My problem with the daily postings is that my day isn't the same as that in the Americas where most of the postings come from and the program uses local time for "daily post" so a lot slip through the crack for me, especially if I log on for a short time then log off.

I always go directly to the NEW POSTS....that way I will see everything that was POSTED after I logged off ......

My only wish is that I could go directly to the last post I have read on any thread instead of the first ...even clicking on pape 3 only lets me bypass the 1st 2 pages of posts...

    Bob G,

My sincere apologies. I have obviously misunderstood your post. My reply was not in any way meant to be insulting or offensive, I thought I was offering useful advice. (lowercase intended!!!)
