Could animals on Earth (other than humans) evolve over time to become

intelligent the way humans did? Assuming our world survives for millions of years to come, could other animals on Earth evolve to become intelligent species like humans did?

it is definately possible.
also you would think that with all the memory training and teaching etc we are doing to animals like elephants, chimps, dolphins that they would become more intelligent over time (but thats just my theory)
but yeah its totally possible

of course they could but there will always be variables to determine how and when (if ever). environment, weather habits features etc etc....all variables which undoubtedly change everything!!! even if they are only small in the here and now could progress and become major in a million years!!!

With a state of concern do you ask? No one can understand the future because the future is only an everchanging theory to ourselves. All inhabitants of earth have the capabilities to evolve. It depends on the basic structure of evolving which involves the climate, enviornment, living conditions and the self's body adaptations.
