What if they were orbiting at the same velocity, or if one had a closer orbit to Earth than the other (similar to what we see with Jupiter and Saturn)?

I wonder if artificial light pollution would be less of a problem since there would be more natural light pollution.

There would most likely be more solar and lunar eclipses.

Two moons, if they were each at the approx mass of our one moon, might create a whole lot more earthquakes as well, due to tidal influences on the Earth's core... hey.. it very well might drastically change continental drift, as well. "Sunny California" might be a the North Pole

Yes there are so many different factors to consider that it is hard to say what the outcome would be. It would all depend on the moon's mass, velocity, distance from earth, distance from each other, etc. It sure would suck for DSO astronomy though as KeithBC mentioned

Nevertheless, it got me thinking about such a premise. What if the Earth did have two moons orbiting it? Would such a thing even be possible, and how would it affect the Earth's tides, rotation, axis, etc...?

It would be pretty fascinating if at some point in the future, astronomers discovered an Earth-like planet with two lunar satellites. The notion of two full moons in the night sky is something else.
If you have 'Universe Sandbox" you could probably set up the earth with two moons and see what works.
