Fresh water on Earth

We have so little fresh water on this planet. Here in Ireland from 2012 we will be paying for our water from the tap. I am in favor of this change.
Its incredible how little drinking water we have to use...quite frightening actually The Water Cycle

Hello Declan I am sure your Ireland water is much more fresh than mine in Hong Kong . And we need to pay for the tap water every month since ever before and in future .
