    Hello all,

now, I can remember having posted the star hopping towards the NGC 6503 in Touring the constellation of Draco with binoculars and small scopes .

Once you have it in the EP, you'll dance excited around your scope.

    Best,

    JG

PS: This galaxy is listed in RASC, SAC, and TAAS. It is certainly also a Levy 'comet mascarader'.

I already have a bare dirt "donut" in my yard from all of my dancing. It's a good thing though. My neighbors avoid me now.

No fireworks at our dark site! And that is exactly where I hope to be next month during the moon's absence.

Sorry to say JG, that N6503 is not on David Levy's list of comet masqueraders and more. As for the list, for those interested, they can check it out at the below link. Save it as a .pdf and print it if needed.
