Default Just in time for Halloween....

Pulled the trigger on getting the 6SE ... I rationalized the purchase to the wife by saying the orange tube matches her Halloween decorations.

Well hey, if the rationalization works, it works! Congrats on your 6SE.

Thanks, Kurt! ....and she IS significant! I shopped long and hard bouncing back and forth between mostly the 4SE & 5SE and happened across an offer deal on ebay. It was closer to the 5SE price than the standard 6SE price so that did it.

Now that's what I call a good sell, and a good choice too.
I was seriously looking at the Celestron SE line but adding on the cost of accessories & such was past my limit.
I will suggest the Celestron Omni eyepieces, the quality & crispness in the field of view is awesome!

This used to be a great place to hang out but now it is not safe here anymore.

Thanks, Cargeena2! You've already begun to answer a future question with the eyepiece suggestion. The next accessory I'm interested in is a power source besides the AA batteries. I'm able to plug in at the patio but don't want to risk power surges.
