An update, I had a corrupt Dark Library I was using. I had left the laptop to do 50 frames one day at work and I finally noticed that some were really off. One would expect dark frames to look pretty much the same, but they didn't. I had to go thru each one and try and get rid of the bad ones. I finally just decided to replace the whole library. My lesson for this week, I guess. Thank you everyone for your help.

check your usb bandwidth settings, cables ectt, if you're using a laptop, make sure it's plugged in,usually battery mode will limit cpu,or possibly usb bandwidth from some experience

having the correct stack settings in deepsky stacker should help out, average any "rouge" / bad dark images after stacking,it would be best to toss out any real bad ones.i only ever do about 10 to 20 subs, i think 20-30 is the recommended

    I have the zwo178mc.
Due to the ampglow, i always take flats to compensate.
And i limit my exposures to 180s max. To avoid ampglow trouble.
    Hope this is helpful!

Darks and Bias for amp glow, flats are for optical train imperfections such as dust bunnies, vigenetting, etc.
