Well I probably should have waited to give a report on this scope when the sky was clearer but today was the first day with the scope so...lol. Anyways when I got it today I took it out of the box and noticed how small this scope was (about 12in) but had alittle weight to it. I connected the Erect image diagonal and Ep that came with the scope and hooked it to a cheap sony camera tripod I had. I took it outside and this thing has a nice sharp image of terrestrial views. It is suppose to focus as short as 15ft away...pointed it towards a communication tower in the distance and it had a very nice image with the 32mm EP. The ep that came with it has no name on it and you can tell it is a cheaper plossl but still works. I tried to take it out tonight but between a group of clouds that hovered over the spot I was at and the cheap camera mount it was pretty pointless in trying to view tonight. Not only that but by the time I got there and setup Saturn was already going behind the trees and the moon of course was not out. Hopefully I can give an update soon on the Celestial views but will have to wait for now. But over all I love this little Mak for what it is. Its small and even came with a backpack to put it in, this looks like its going to be a great grab N go scope. Now if I can get alittle better mount for it!
