    Smile 10x50 binocular recommendation

    Greetings!

I'm relatively new to observing night sky and I'm planning to buy binoculars so I'm looking for a help.
I have read that 8x40 and 10x50 binoculars are the best for observing.
Since I don't have money for top gear, I'm looking for something in Olympus DPS-I 10x50 or Pentax XCF 10x50 price range.
Also I need to note that I wear glasses and eye relief is important. I don't want to have any problems because of poor eye relief.
So, are those two binoculars any good for night sky observation and if so, which one is better? Or is there any third solution which is better?

I use a pair of Bushnell Legend porro prism 10x50's. The Nikon Action Extremes are good too. Another option would be something from either Garret Optical or Oberwerk.
