Default Pentax 65808 PCF II 10x50 WP binocs?

Has anybody here successfully mounted a Pentax tripod adapter on this binoc?

If so which Pentax adapter fits?

Model N and Model TP3 adapters are listed on Pentax site as being for some PCF models. But neither fits all PCF and which fits which remains a mystery. Only trial and error will solve

Contacting Pentax by email was a waste of time and I cannot even find any user manuals at their online site. A good product with poor help documentation is usually a poor purchase. I am ready to give up on Pentax.

I use those binos with the TP3 adapter. I don't know anything about the Model N you mention, but the TP3 will fit.

    Wow, thanks.

I can hardly believe a newbie like me was zeroing in on an instrument that a moderator owned! Although to be fair it was one of the several I found talked about in this forum and what I have now are Pentax. I liked the quality so seemed a good idea another Pentax.

Only ones I have now are my Oakland Raider stadium watching 8x21 UCF picked up at Big 5 a few years ago on a big sale. They are only 7 ounces and size about like of pack of cigarettes, but give way better image than fans around me are using.

Well to be fair, our gear is given to us as a term of our collective agreement.
I think you will like those bins. They are well made, nitrogen filled, and have very nice coatings. I'm hard pressed to see much reflection at all in the lenses.

This may be irrelevant at this point, but I posted a review of those binos in the bino forum section. Although I haven't used any adapter, perhaps the photos will help you with the clearance available? They take the standard thread size for a binocular adapter, and they have a reasonable amount of clearance when fully closed.
