advice for buying Binoculars from ebay?

I am looking for good Binoculars 20x or higher . I want strong one that good for watching birds from far away and for hunting. I found different kind but the prices vary too much.For example, I found 22x32 which costs $20 and another that costs $100. Price does not indicate quality speciaaly in ebay for those reason:
1- how much the seller want?(seller who has large quantities can sell for cheaper price"
2- Sometime you find the exact product but the difference in price is higher than $10. One reason might be the orgin of the seller.

I want to pay maximum of $50 including shipping but I can not choose.

make sure they have sold before if their price is cheap and have good feedback. Thats the most important thing.
