Default Good replacement for Steiner Observer 25 x 80 Binoculars?

I am looking for a good replacement for Steiner Observer 25 x 80 binoculars. I've had the steiners for about 3 years now but they fogged up once and the new pair they sent me were out of collimation. They aren't willing to fix this problem since they no longer make this model. So I'm looking for a set of binocs that are good quality and must be 25 power....I don't want 20 power. We shoot rifles 1800 yds and the 25 power were better for tracking the vapor trail of a bullet at that distance. Also, I don't want something that is $2000 or the size of a truck.

Celestron, Oberwerk, Orion, Zhumell all make a 25x100

A little larger than Steiner 25x80, but not exactly enormous.
If you want 80mm as an upper limit, then you may need to go the 'zoom' route.

Sadly though - if you are an experienced binocular user - you will know that Zooms are the work of Satan
