...there are usually 2 numbers like for instance 5 x 40, the magnification and the objective diameter, but what means when there are 3 numbers like 20 x 60 x 65??

They are zoom binocs, with a range of 20x to 60x, with objective of 65mm
Also commonly (and more correctly) written as...
20-60x65

And as with all zoom binocs..
AVOID them like the plague - there's no such thing as a good zoom binocular.
