    Cool Swarovski is Awesome

I have some Swarovski Habicht SL 7x42 that are over 30 years old. Internally, they had developed some foggy areas. Swarovski cleaned internal/external, adjust collimating, focus, diopter, replaced eye cups, lens covers and returned them to me at no cost under warranty.

I can’t think of another company that without issue or complaint handles warranty of 30 year old equipment like that! Thanks Swarovski.

Amazing and in this day and age outstanding customer service. No wonder they are such a respected name.

    Very good Siggy

It's a pitty that Swarovski does not manufacture cars, refridgerators, ...

With the Swarovski quality service, your binos will serve you for another 30 or more years,

Steiner has been good to me on servicing older binoculars, but in terms of optical and build quality, I'd take the Swarovskis over Steiner lol
