Lightbulb Southern Hemisphere Sky Star Maps

Southern Hemisphere Sky Maps Coming Soon!

Very High Resolution Maps of the Southern Hemisphere (right side up! )

I am currently working on the constellations for the southern hemisphere, down to a Mag 7, but will also do Mag 10+ charts eventually.

One early beta for the Constellation of Cygnus, peeking just above the horizon to the North/E of Sydney NSW, Australia now:

We should have high resolution PDF downloads in colour and greyscale (black & white), and also mag 7 to mag 10+ eventually. These should be able to be printed on 8X10 A4 paper and laminated.

If there is enough demand, we may be able to get these into a printed book - coiled or bound - for a small fee. If you are interested, subscribe to this thread by email and we will update this thread as soon as everything is ready.

    clear skies!

Gus that is an excellent idea mate . I did the same on hard copies for myself a couple of years back . Made them A5 size , laminated them . Also did the complete Moon phase map . Fantastic visual aid ( with a red light , of course ! )

Best thing I ever did on a cloudy night .

    Gus,

Great, they look really good. I have some from Trialtas in A4, but they are hard to read, yours look a much better product. Subscription sent.

    Thanks
