Default make an eyepiece holder for leica 77

I need to make an 1.25" eyepiece holder for a Leica 77 scope.

I need to source a 41mm x 0.75 female thread that I can modify/cannibilize. For the life of me I cannot find a camera/astro shop that sells anything that comes near to it. Anybody got a good idea ???

I have never seen on the markets an adapter for the 1.25" eyepieces to the Leica spotting scopes.
Most probably, you'll need to find somebody who would machine it for you.

Leica has always insisted on making everything not compatible with the others.
