Default Dual Axis EQ Platform with Celestron Drives

Has anyone look into the Dual Axis CG-4 Motor Drive from Celestron for a EQ Platform. I found this yesterday while researching the single axis drive that Celestron offers. Any thoughts?

I did see that Amazon and Andromeda have it for around $105.00. That’s a big savings over some of the other drives offered that I have seen.

I think I have finally rapped my brain around how the single axis works; now I have to do the same for the dual. Still debating if the dual is worth considering.

If you are interested in just visual observing then a single axis is all that it is needed - tracking for imaging will require dual. Have you yet checked out the Yahoo group for Equatorial Platforms? Its an excellent resource.
    Good luck!
