    Default Anyone need $25,000?

According to this guy (Angelo Pettolino), you only need to disprove the "AP Theory". Apparently this guy has been making this offer for a while. I saw a brief discussion of it on another site from 2014 and the reward was $1,000. Anyway, I am sure some may have run across this, and perhaps its been brought up here previously. But thought I would toss it out there for your amusement. I found his ad in the back of the Feb issue of Astronomy Magazine. In the ad, he mentions "cutting edge engineering of GC/MS" - I am unclear what that means.

Here is his website: 21st Century Astronomy HOME

Here is a link to an image of his advertisement as posted in Astronomy. Comes from a local club member.

That ad has been running for years now. I dunno why he's so frustrated? by it - or even if the offer is legit. I'm sure it isn't cheap to put that ad in.

Well, after reading that somewhat baffling and amusing post on the different theories, he postulates we need to find gas x. I have found Gas-X. I hope this qualifies me for the reward.

OMG! This is just so desperately totally wrong! I’ve more respect for flat earth folks! This guy is totally incapable of recognizing a refutation! Sure I’d like $25k but the work involved with this yahoo wouldn’t be worth it.

Sorry about that, didn't consider that part of the equation! Since I cannot directly attach a jpg of the ad, here is what it says:

“Through cutting edge engineering of GC/MS and magnification equipment great discoveries have been made. These advances have now proven that gravity cannot attract gas or hold down Earth’s atmosphere which directly disproves The Accretion Theory. The Theory of Relativity was also disproven when it was discovered that the speed of light is the fastest speed that there is and therefore the “c (speed of light)” in E=mc2 cannot be squared. A $25,000.00 Reward is offered to the first person to disprove the AP Theory.”

At the bottom it gives his website where one can read about it and his email address for comments. In smaller print below that it states “no purchase necessary.”

Kudos to Astronomy Magazine for taking advertising money from any crackpot willing to pay.

As I understand this info that their ad is in Astronomy Magazine comes only from their site.
Do anyone can confirm that this ad is realy in the magazine - or is this only fake image?
