Hopefully this fate does not befall the endomoons anytime soon.

We're good for some tens of millions of years. Our next possible big chaotic event is the ejection of Mercury from the Solar System. There is a pesky resonance with Jupiter that keeps Mercury's eccentricity high. As long as Earth and Venus keep a lid on it, we're fine. BUT there is no guarantee that will happen and if Earth and Venus pump up the resonance fortuitously there goes Mercury! What collateral damage there might be might be small unless it makes a close encounter with something on the way out....
