Using the moon impactor count seems legit. Using the oxygen isotope ratio for comets seems legit. Using the NICE model for generating impactors seems legit.
I would have liked to have seen total water content ratios of the different species of asteroid. Rocky asteroids have been shown to have a trapped (chemically and physically) water content of 10% to 20%. The oxygen isotope ratios are important here as well. It seems like they disregarded the water contribution of rocky asteroids.
Nice theory but I would write it in pencil.
