    Default First astrophotograph

    Hey guys,

This new Meade LXD75 SN-8AT is my fourth scope but first real scope i bought to start astrophotography.

I've had a bad case of scope curse... but the very first night i was able to use my balcony to get this shot of jupiter, by holding my Canon 50D against the eyepiece. The conditions were pretty bad.. the atmosphere was unstable but i was still able to see one of jupiters moon casting its shadows on the cloud belt (not viewable in the picture)

I later set it up for prime focus but no clear skies yet

I hope the shot is worthy!
