That is a beautiful closeup of the Horsehead and Flame nebulae. Great framing and very nice processing. Nice colors too.

    Hi Geethq,
Great work on your new setup, and I know you're only testing your mount and new modded Nikon, with minimal processing as well.
Have you any experience of managing star haloes around (blue) bright stars?
I am having the same problems. I found this thread on Pixinsight forum. At the end, msmythers mentions Colormasks as a technique.

Any feedback from you and other experienced imagers would be welcome. I see this issue a lot around bright stars. Theres probably more than one approach to this.
? apply star mask and apply colourmask/selective channel adjustments or multiple mask/layers blending, or HDR ?

    Here is the first link..

you can create a star mask and use MorphologicalTransformation tool to reduce star brightness. also HDR tool may help. also you can use photoshop to select the haloes around stars and reduce brightness/increase contrast.
i'm not an expert in post processing. please check with STEVE333 he is doing a great job with bright stars his horsehead.

    Hi Geeth,
We are all trying to learn from each other. I am trying to improve my knowledge. I like to ask questions and try to get "perfection"...I hope you like your new Eq6-R pro mount. I like your Horsehead and flame nebula images are very good.
