    Default NGC2403 in LRGB

Greetings. A nice little galaxy, perhaps M33's little brother? I was fighting with the moon on this one and it probably deserves more time than I gave it. Still not too bad. Thanks for looking.

Nice image. Why are there pinkish stars in/around the galaxy? Something to do with the gassy appearance artificially coloring stars of a certain temperature? My monitor? Processing?
    Thanks.

I guess it would be ionized hydrogen like m42 and possibly triffid nebula.

Great picture of a rarely images target. Way better than my effort a few years back. Very nicely done.

Really nice Scott! I found this to be a real photon sucker when I tried it a few years ago, just like M33
So a great result with such a short integration.

Thanks. They are star forming regions. If I had some Ha to add to the image they would really start to "pop".
