Default Finished - Six Panel Mosaic in SHO

Greetings. Well at long last I have "finished" my six panel mosaic of the North American and Pelican Nebulas using the Hubble Palette (SHO). I may add some RGB to the mix but honestly I think I have spent enough time here for now and other targets await. Thanks to all of you that have been following since July and thanks also to anyone else if you are looking for the first time.

Imaged over multiple nights in Jul, Aug, and Sep 17
    ES 102ED with 0.8 FF/FR atop a CEM60 and Atik 383L+ (-10C)
    Captured with SGP
    Each panel consist of:
    Sii: 12x600 secs Bin 2x2 > Red
Ha: 6x600 secs Bin 1x1 > Green and also Luminance
    Oiii: 12x600 secs Bin 2x2 > Blue
    30 hours total

    Hi Scott,

Once again you have proven to be one of the forum's preeminent imagers. Thank you for sharing your most recent masterpiece.

    Cheers,
    JT

BTW (playing devil's advocate here), just curious when you are finally going to give PixInsight a try? Aren't you just a little bit curious about what it may allow you to do that you can't do with your current software? jt

Thanks JT, you are too kind. As far as PI is concerned, I have thought about downloading the trial but that is as far as it got. I won my version of Star Tools a few years ago right here in one of the challenge contest and have yet to fully utilize all its features. I am not sure if I want to learn any new software but PI is tempting!

A masterpiece I like everything about it the sharpness detail and color. Also the 'wide field'.
