The globulars came out quite nicely. Best choice for the moonlit nights.

Messier 23, at 9:30 pm EST last night M13 had already gone out of my sky opening (25 degrees at the zenith and 50 degrees lower down) Was trying out my new ASI178mc-cool camera and the moon 1 day past full was rising but decided to see what I could get.
Aligned on Vega the only guide star in my opening and called up M23, just above the trees. It was dead center in the small chip!!!

M56, shot with Canon 80D, lost all my shots with the ASI178mc when transferring off laptop, aaarrgghh

This is only a 10 minute exposure, 20 25s subs and 5 darks, minimal processing so far but wanted to put it out here

3 shots, first full frame only stacked, second medium crop, third extreme crop

It's a small one! But you got it. M56. I remember when doing visual that it was one of the harder globs to see with a 10" scope.

A couple difficult globular clusters to image, M9 and NGC 6356. Shot with Stellarvue SV80 telescope and Canon 80D

Shot these last night. I mistook NGC 6356 for M9 which is why it is at the edge of the shot. I saw two clusters on my screen but there wasn't anything in NIGHTWATCH, never thought it might be an NGC object. Had no idea, then today I checked my Pocket Sky Guide and that gave me the name, if it matched up, stars that is, opened and magnified Starry Night Pro and nailed the identification.
Not the best of shots but... 20 - 27 second subs with 5 darks

Public Open night at the Seagrave Observatory last night, we had over 40 people including a bunch of kids. I was not on duty but had my Celestron XLT102 f/6.5 and was trying out my new ASI178mc-cool. I shot in RAW8 and seemed to just get B&W, I added color in PS to the color shot. I am discussing it in another thread
