    Default M107

I had about an hour last night before the clouds started forming again. Got 12 x 300 seconds on another Messier. This globular cluster is quite beautiful as the stars appear to be quite loose. Although I know it could use a lot more exposure.

Imaged with CPC 1100 EdgeHD and 0.7x reducer on CGE Pro. Guided, with darks, bias and flats. Nebulosity 4, StarTools, and PS.

Nice one Paul, I really like the way you were able to bring out the golden color around the central stars in the cluster.

    Nice work Paul.

I agree with Richard, you managed to get a nice "glow" in the heart of the cluster.
Almost like the heat of a hundred suns.

I ended up with yellowish stars out of StarTools. I decided to use PS to change the hue of the stars from yellow to blue. I was pleased with the results too since the heart of the cluster was not impacted by my manipulation. It gave it an interesting effect.

Yes, this was to add to my Messier count Steve. Unfortunately there is not much more I can do until fall as far as Messier's go. And I tried again last night to see if I can get M6/7. No luck there unfortunately .

    Thanks again,
