    Default Large-Magellanic-Cloud



    LMC, shots taken with 50mm F1.4 leans and 60Da (+polarie) from my backyard over two evenings 29 (60Da) & 30(Ha) Dec 2013.

    I can't say as I've ever seen the LMC done with Ha. It's absolutely amazing!!! Thanks for taking the time to share it with those of us who only have a pipe dream of seeing it. Pretty darn cool!!!

    Hi Ian. An excellent image of the LMC. Beautiful contrast, details, and pretty nebulosity color in your capture. And, you caught a nice field of stars with your 50mm lense too. I agree with Bob, as I have just looked through your gallery on the West Coast site, and this is a great collection of your work.     Types of mounts are almost always mentioned ...
    For wide-photos I use POLARIE tracker and for others I had CPC925+hdwedge and currently CGEM.
