    Default M101 Pinwheel Galaxy

    Hello,

I waited a long time to image M101 because it didn't fit in my FOV and Celestron was in no hurry to release a focal reducer for the 8" EdgeHD. So I bought an Optec Lepus Telecompressor. I'm very happy with it's first DSO (it's not first light, see post 133941). Comments and suggestions are welcome.

Its great to see that the Lepus telecompressor is working out for the 800 EdgeHD SCTs. I just got one and wished I had it earlier, but no one was posting any images, so I wondered.
    thanks!

Great shot, as I write this I'm currently testing the Lepus reducer for my 11" EdgeHD.

I'm not under dark skies atm so I wont have any real shots to share, I'm just hoping to get a few test shots to see how this reducer performs.

    Thanks a bunch for sharing.
