I've ordered my share of astro-goodies from them in the past and have had no problems. I will definitely consider them for future orders.

I've had nothing but great experiences with them. I've ordered photo, and astronomical items from them many times, and, always had good service with them. Some purchases even included an extra, such as a B&H logo stainless thermal drink bottle, and a Celestron Firecell red light/hand warmer. Prices are very competitive, and shipping on in stock items has been very fast, accurate, and well packaged.

They have been my default seller for photo equipment for at least 15 years. The many thousands of dollars in return business from me tell you how I feel about them. The main reason I keep returning to them is the absolute assurance that I will always get top notch equipment without risk, usually at the most competitive price. They are not a hand-holding seller though, you won't get the warm touchy-feely care you may get from smaller operations, but they are efficient, no-nonsense, and reliable. I have bought some astro equipment from them as well, although since getting into this hobby I gravitated a bit more towards astro-centered businesses, but I still check B&H to see what they have on offer when looking for stuff.
TL,DR version: I highly recommend them.

I've probably spent >$10K over the last 6 years on upgrading photo equipment and it is the only place I buy from. Never had a problem, even with their used stuff - don't like it send it back. They did have some labor issues which I think have been solved.

I use them. Had a nightmare of an issue with a faulty mount and the race for the eclipse... but they ended up helping me with the return process and i made it in time. I will use them again.

I am about 2 hrs and few minutes north of NYC by car. I always find that if I order early enough packages arrive very next day with standard shipping. Fast shipping and customer service I would rate as extremely high. Always a pleasure doing business with them.
