Lightbulb Free and open logging tool - Observation Manager

    Hi all,

I'm happy to announce the next version of my free and open logging tool called Observation Manager.
With the latest version a lot of new features are introduced such as:
    - Cartes du Ciel/Skycharts integration
    - Nightvision mode
    - AAVSO export for variable star observations
    - Light curve generator for variable star observations
    - Customizable HTML export
    - Full <OAL> compliance
    - In addition to the existing catalogs (Messier, (historically corrected) NGC, Caldwell) the GCVS for variable stars is added

Read about the new features at the Observation Manager Blog!

Since 2003 Observation Manager is written in pure Java (Version 1.4 or higher) so it can run on almost every operating system. It's released under the Apache Software Licence 2.0 which makes is open-source and the best: it's free!

Download the latest version at the projects page:
    http://observation.sourceforge.net/en

    Happy downloading!

    Best

    Dirk

We have been broadcasting our presence to the Universe for 100 years now. If there is a detachment of Galactic Pest Control within 100 light years, they are already on the way.
