    Default Lit sketch clipboard

Ok I always try to sketch and usually am trying to juggle the light, clipboard, so on. I found a clear clipboard case from office max, a led strip light that is dimmable. I got it all from Amazon.

Hopefully this will help someone else. Of course it's all cloudy so I can't use it yet but it all fit inside, even the battery pack.

Wow, nice rig manxkats! How it does with your eye dark adaptation? Can you also dim the lights?

    Hey! That's pretty damn cool!

What is it like sketching with the light 'behind' ?

I can think of a lot of other use for that than sketching

Thanks, yes the light is dimmable and I can cut it if I find its still too much light. I will be playing with it until I get it just right for me. I have been using my Phillips hue go light under my regular clipboard so I am already used to sketching with it back lit. It does seem like a neat clipboard case and who knows what it will get used for in the end. I haven't got to use it yet, clouds and a migraine are working against me tonight.

Hi Lisa. Now this is really a great accessory for night sketching. With the dimmable red light, it should be a very handy tool for astro sketching. Thanks for sharing this with us Lisa, and the best of regards.
