    Hi King',

    Nice job there, mate

A vibrant silvery core, and lovely lines and patterns of its stars. Lovely mate! I can only echo Cindy's words.

You now NEED to go bush and have another crack at 6752! As you suggest, it is a very different beast out under a dark sky! You are in for a real treat with it out bush

Your lovely piece of 5189 proved a tipping point for me. I've been taunted by it for a few years now, and this last weekend I put pen to paper. I'll post the piece shortly.

Alex this GC is on my MUST see items at our dark site.
A great deal of my inspiration comes from the magnificent work you produce. After having watched your Mellish technique video it changed the way I perceived sketching at the eyepiece and helped me produce better pieces, the one posted here being one of my finest so far. So my thanks to you.
I am pleased my piece on NGC 5189 got you going, looking forward to reading all about it.

Thank you Suzie-Q, As I mentioned to Alex above you will gain a lot by watching his most excellent sketch video here: The Mellish Technique.
So get out there and have a crack at it, it's good fun and very relaxing.
