Default C 2018 Y1 Iwamoto through the binoculars tonight

    Hello all,

that's my 1st binocular comet in 2019, seen in Leo through the 10x70 Nikon Astroluxe at 22:10 local time,
and the first comet my Astroluxe has seen!

A fairly bright cotton ball, somehow reminding the Wirtanen in 2018, and a bit larger - my feeling.

Now I am drinking glass of Remi Martin, and listening to Diana's 75th birthday show on one1 channel.

    What a night,

    JG

    Hello all,

and thank you for the very kind words, not sure if I deserve them.

Yes, It has been a great night.
We have been watching the Grammys 2019 on one1, and in between, I have been checking the skies for the comet.
And finally, after Diana Ross singing, the skies have cleared over Bavaria, what a night, I won't forget.

    Clear skies,
